Dança de Negros V (Negro Dance V)
The piece was written in November 2004, at the request of Cássio Caponi and was performed 2 weeks later as an encore on his graduation recital. It is written for soprano and alto recorders and piano. It is performed here by DuoBrasil, formed by the musicians Betiza Landim (recorder) and Daniela Carrijo (piano).

I wrote this piece between 2000 and 2004 and it was performed as a recital encore in Porto Alegre/RS, South Brazil, with the clarinetist Amanda Melo Müller.
